The Visayan Electric (VECO) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Cebu, recorded per observed billing cycle. An original longitudinal series: every point is dated and sourced to the utility or a primary news report, with no interpolation between observed cycles.

Cebu Water Tariff (MCWD) — tiered residential rate
as of 2026-04The Metro Cebu Water District (MCWD) residential tariff: the minimum charge for the first 10 cubic metres and the per-cubic-metre rate for each consumption tier above it, dated to the effective resolution.
The MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Iloilo City, recorded per published monthly billing cycle. An original longitudinal series on the same cycle basis as the VECO series, so the two cities are directly comparable: every point is dated and sourced to the utility's own monthly rates table or a named primary report, with no interpolation between cycles.
Iloilo Water Tariff (MPIW) — two-tranche basic rate, with the published minimum-charge gap
as of 2026-03The Metro Pacific Iloilo Water (MPIW) residential basic rate per cubic metre across the two LWUA-approved tranches of November 2025 and March 2026, the first MIWD increase in six years. The current 0–10 cu.m. minimum charge is published here as null, because no source publishes one and it cannot be derived from the basic rate. That gap is part of the dataset, not an omission from it.
The Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Davao City, recorded per announced billing cycle (roughly the 12th of one month to the 11th of the next). An original longitudinal series on the same cycle basis as the VECO and MORE Power series, so the three cities are directly comparable: every point is dated and attributed to the named report that carries it, with no interpolation between cycles.
Davao Water Tariff (DCWD) — second-tranche residential schedule, with the unpriced July 2024 tranche stated
as of 2024-02The Davao City Water District (DCWD) residential tariff as of the February 2024 second tranche: the minimum charge covering the first 10 cubic metres and the per-cubic-metre rate for each consumption tier above it. These are the most recent peso figures any source has published. A third LWUA-approved tranche of roughly 9.99 percent took effect on July 2024 billing and its implemented peso amounts have never been published, so this schedule is a floor, not a current price. That gap is part of the dataset.
Philippine Peso FX Rates (BSP reference) — USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/CAD
as of 2026-09-10Pesos per one unit of major currencies, on the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Reference Exchange Rate Bulletin basis — the rate used to convert a foreign pension or salary into a Cebu cost-of-living budget.
LiveInPH's editorial estimates of Cebu asking-rent ranges by neighborhood and unit type. This is NOT a measured index and NOT a sample: low and high are hand-written editorial bands, range_midpoint_php is simply (low+high)/2, and n is null on every segment because no listings have ever been counted. There is consequently no median and no p25/p75, and none are fabricated. Published as a baseline because an honest prior is more useful than a confident invention — the first real listing quarter is pending.
Region VII / Central Visayas consumer price inflation from the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VII (PSA-7), on the 2018=100 base: the all-items headline rate and the food & non-alcoholic-beverages rate, each dated to its reference month. Regional figures, not Cebu City alone — the city and province move differently within the region.
The Region VII daily minimum wage set by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VII, one row per wage order. Region VII does not split agriculture from non-agriculture: Wage Order No. ROVII-26 uses two geographical classes — Class A (expanded Metro Cebu) and Class B (the rest of the region) — with a single rate per class across all sectors.
Cebu Staple Food Prices (PSA Cebu price survey) — wholesale ₱/kg, with the retail gap stated
as of 2026-04Cebu staple-food prices from the PSA Cebu price survey, in pesos per kilo. These are WHOLESALE averages, not retail shelf prices: PSA-7 regional retail ₱/kg could not be retrieved from a primary source, so the retail figure is published here as a stated gap rather than estimated.
The public utility vehicle fares in force in Cebu / Region VII: the traditional-jeepney and modern-PUV minimum fares and the metered-taxi flagdown and per-kilometre rates, from LTFRB authorizations. The 2023 matrix is still current — a March 2026 increase was approved then suspended before it took effect.
The Modified Pag-IBIG 2 (MP2) voluntary savings program's declared annual dividend rate, in percent per annum. A national figure, distinct from and higher-yielding than regular Pag-IBIG savings, dated to each performance year and declared the following February.
Region VI / Western Visayas consumer price inflation from the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VI (PSA-6), on the 2018=100 base: the all-items headline rate and the food & non-alcoholic-beverages rate, each dated to its reference month. Regional figures, not Iloilo City alone — the city, the province and the region each move differently within the same month.
The Region VI daily minimum wage set by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VI, one row per wage order. Region VI does not use Region VII's geographical classes: Wage Order No. RBVI-29 splits by sector (non-agriculture vs agriculture) and, within non-agriculture, by employment size (more than 10 workers vs 10 or fewer). One order covers all six Region VI provinces uniformly, including the highly urbanized city of Iloilo.
The public utility vehicle fares in force in Iloilo / Region VI: the traditional-jeepney and modern-PUV minimum fares, from the national LTFRB authorization applied uniformly across the country. Iloilo has no distinct fare matrix — LTFRB Region VI applies the national order. The 2023 matrix is still current: a March 2026 increase was approved then suspended before it took effect and remained suspended as of August 2026.
Philippine National Retail Staple-Food Benchmark (PSA) — the Iloilo retail-survey gap stated
as of 2026-08PSA national retail price-situationer averages for staple foods, in pesos per kilo (or per litre), used as a benchmark on the Iloilo data console. These are NATIONAL averages, not Iloilo prices: PSA does run an Iloilo-City retail survey, but it is reachable only through PSA OpenSTAT (HTTP 403 to automated retrieval) and a banned aggregator, so the Iloilo/Region VI retail basket is published here as a stated gap rather than estimated.
Kasambahay (Domestic-Worker) Monthly Minimum Wage by Region (NWPC/RTWPB) — NCR, Cebu, Iloilo, Davao
as of 2026-03The kasambahay (domestic-worker) monthly minimum wage set by each Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board in its own "DW" wage order, for the four LiveInPH regions: NCR, Central Visayas (Cebu), Western Visayas (Iloilo) and Davao Region. One row per wage order. There is no single national kasambahay figure — each region moves on its own board's clock, and Central Visayas (₱7,000) genuinely sits above Western Visayas and Davao (₱6,500).
Philippine Individual Income-Tax Parameters (self-employed / professional) — TRAIN graduated brackets + 8% option
as of 2023-01The individual income-tax parameters a Philippine freelancer or professional is taxed under: the TRAIN 2nd-tranche graduated bracket schedule (effective 2023-01-01), the 8%-flat-tax option and its ₱250,000 deduction, the ₱3,000,000 VAT-registration threshold, and the 3% Section 116 percentage tax. Each row is one graduated bracket; the 8%/threshold/percentage-tax scalars are in the disclosure and the JSON. These change only by new law or regulation.
