Central Visayas Inflation Series (PSA-7) — headline & food, % year-on-year
Region VII / Central Visayas consumer price inflation from the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VII (PSA-7), on the 2018=100 base: the all-items headline rate and the food & non-alcoholic-beverages rate, each dated to its reference month. Regional figures, not Cebu City alone — the city and province move differently within the region.

No back-fill, no interpolation.
Known limitations — published as a feature, not a footnote:
- Regional (Central Visayas) figures — not Cebu City alone. Cebu City and Cebu province each have their own rate within the region.
- The PSA-7 primary page returned HTTP 403 to programmatic retrieval; figures are carried by a named primary outlet's verbatim quote of the PSA-7 release, hence confidence medium.
- Only reference months a source states are seeded — no interpolation between months.
